Novus Miami (“Novus Miami”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and the related services that help buyers, realtors, and developers discover, compare, and collaborate on Miami new-development residential projects (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Service, and information we receive from third parties.

Account information. When you register, sign in with email/password, or use Google sign-in, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), profile photo, role (buyer / realtor / developer), and authentication identifiers.
Activity on the Service. Projects you view, save to favorites, add to comparison or collections, neighborhoods you browse, search filters you apply, and referrals you generate or accept.
Communications. Messages you send through the contact form, request-info forms, or to a realtor through the platform, including the contents of those messages.
Technical information. IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, language, time zone, referring URL, and pages visited. Collected via cookies, server logs, and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. Authentication data from Google when you choose Google sign-in, and information from developers, MLS feeds, or our internal import tools about the projects displayed on the Service.

2. How we use information

To create and maintain your account and authenticate you.
To provide the core Service: showing projects, saving favorites and comparisons, building collections, connecting you with a realtor, and sharing project information you request.
To personalize recommendations and improve the relevance of search results.
To communicate with you about your account, requests, transactional updates, and — where permitted — new projects, market updates, or promotional content. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
To monitor, secure, and improve the Service, including fraud prevention and abuse detection.
To comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.

With realtors. If you submit a request for information about a project or accept a realtor’s referral, we share the contact details and request necessary for the realtor to respond.
With developers. Where you explicitly submit an interest form for a specific project, the relevant developer or their representative may receive your contact details and request.
With service providers. Hosting, analytics, email delivery, authentication (Google), and similar vendors that process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
For legal reasons. When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Novus Miami, our users, or others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your favorites and compare list, measure performance, and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality such as staying logged in.

5. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Activity data such as saved favorites and comparisons is retained while your account exists. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Access, update, or correct your profile information from your account settings.
Remove projects from favorites, comparison, or collections at any time.
Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.
Request deletion of your account by contacting us at the address below.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, portability, or objection). We will honor verified requests as required by applicable law.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice.
